## Customer setup (get washing in ~5 minutes)

1. **Install the app** from the App Store or Google Play; create an account with
   email and phone.
2. **Add a payment method** in the Payment tab — credit card, Apple Pay, or
   Google Pay (stored securely with Stripe, entered once).
3. **Scan the QR in the wash bay** — tap Scan and point the camera at the QR
   sticker on the bay wall.
4. **Start your wash** — pick pay-per-minute self-serve, an automatic wash tier,
   a prepaid bundle, or a membership, and tap Start. Water flows immediately.
5. **Rate your wash or report a problem** — stars for a good wash; "Report a
   problem" if something's broken (out of soap, reader down) so the owner sees it.
6. **Redeem a gift or promo** — apply gift credit or a promo/voucher code.

## Owner setup
